Having a fig fever. Need to find out more desirable variants to have. Some usual favourites in my collection or been promised(cuttings/plants) are:

Any suggestions as to what I should add to my collection to keep busy during winter months. I have special interests in E'pean varieties. Very limited cuttings available for trade as trees are young.

Looks like up in your neck of the woods you can use ronde de bourdeau and malta balck.  Send me a message if interested in trading.

hello Ed, excellent choices. I have both the variants suggested. PM me and let me know what you like. If I have spare cuttings, I have no problems parting them. Most of my plants are young and some are cuttings I received for trials. The oldest variant is Barbillone.
