Sunburn ?

I put those started cuttings outside in mostly shade, now their leaves are getting white streaks and some are curling. Is this sunburn? what should I do for them, or should I leave them alone and wait for new leaves to come out? Thank's, Gary

In my opinion, they should be in total shade until they leaf out and you can see plenty of roots.

Ice Cubes melt in the sun and newly rooted plants with tender leaves show the behaviour you are mentioning (white spots that may spread with more sun). Take them to a sheltered place away from direct sun but good light. They have to be gradually introduced to the direct sun.

Leaves that are unaccustomed to the sun will turn white, and eventually fall off. Back off on the sun, and increase humidity.

Think about how hot the sun feels on your skin, and how hot an indoor light feels when you are 5 feet away. Your plant experiences the same thing - direct sunlight is far, far more strong than electric light, or indirect sunlight.
