These Bees are apis cerana. little different to apis mellifera.

Yes, It's a same honey. sugar is sugar:-) but some sensitive persons can tell it's difference by flavour.
actually, in far east asian area, honey from apis cerana treated as a medicine.
difference between 2 species are just like horse & zebra. same figure, same foods but no F1 between cerana and mellifera.
cerana is much smaller in size:-)

Purchased some honey from Viet Nam and it tasted different, so I wondered if the bees were different (or the nectar), hence the question. There's more than just glucose in there.
