Found in a vendor in Fredericksburg, TX that had about 5 of these reproduction signs.
$10 each - could not pass it up.

Cathy...if you remember, can you message me the contact info for that vendor?  I would like to have that sign and I cannot locate it online.  I can find a lot of trade cards/ad cards on eBay, but nothing like the sign you mention.   Did find the associated glass bottles with the item identified & the cities listed....in clear glass or lavender glass.   OR, if anyone else identified a source, please share if you will???

I was just there 2 days ago picking up another one for a forum member, with tax it cost $8.50.  I think it is super cheap for a nice decorative piece even if it is a reproduction.  I was able to locate a bottle in it's original box and a vintage trading card with the same picture, both on ebay. 
It's a street vendor who is only open on weekends, so you won't be able to find them on the internet.  They don't even have a store front - it is actually a covered space between 2 old buildings and these signs are hanging on the walls of the buildings. 
I go back to Fredericksburg this weekend and pick one up for you.
Anyone else want one, while I am there?

I saw that too Ironman, common preparation of an "elixir" was alcohol.  Could make a fig syrup spritzer I guess.   LOL
