Takoma Violet and O'Rourke main

Main crop. Both were very good but the O'Rourke was much sweeter (2nd year old grafted tree). The TV is the first year rooted cutting. Both appear to be quite productive, fig to leaf ratio is about 1:1.3

Takoma violet was darker inside and outside.
These are the keepers for sure.

O'Rourke: 9/10
Takoma: 7/10

Takoma looks like it would taste better. I had my first breba from my orourke waiting for main crop to ripen. Definitely my fastest grower put on 5 foot this year. Thanks for your pictures. We all love pictures

The Takoma is indeed violet, and it will be much better tasting when plant is older.

Thank you Richard and Vasile!
I have high hopes for Takoma, it must be better or very close to than my MBVS to stay.

Igor your fruits look great, are any of these caprified? Which ones in your collection are caprified?

All of them, 100%

They look great!  Can't wait till you tell us what a 3rd year TV is like.
