I bought this fig tree locally a few years ago. The seller said it came from his family in Italy, and he called it Columbo. I didn't see that variety listed here online, maybe Columbaro Nero? I repotted this tree this spring to a 40G pot and it really took off. The figs grow in clusters at the end of the branches and weigh around 30g when ripe. The figs start ripening in mid August in zone 6b.
