Looks like something is wrong with my IPAD Jon. For some reason, I could not get that picture to load and enlarge. I'll have to checkout my IPAD. Thanks Jon

Dennis,
I can view the photo on my iPad (sorry to get into your thread)

for some reason, i can not post pictures using my ipad. they load, but no posting.

I am trying to repost the Jon's photo of the right size with my iPod. It a larger one, about 5 months old.
Before, I tried with a larger than allowed image and completely killed the browser. It became unresponsive and I had to reboot the iPod with the off button. I think it might something to do with Java.

Here is Jons picture enlarged.

Dennis, I have the same issue, cannot post photos from an iPad. I've used safari and chrome browsers with same results.
Jon I can attach the file, when I click to add the picture to the post it does t do it. I think something with the forum is not compatible with the iOS device.

Did DJ pass?

I posted the pix. I passed. DJ still has issues. ;-))

I'm here!  Jon, I've tried several times to post more pictures since you posted that picture and I have the same problem.  I use to be able to post and it was so easy.  Now, the loader lets me load the picture but it will not post.  I tried Chrome and other browsers and have the same problem.

I've been taking a lot of pictures and I wanted Martin to see pictures of my 2 Pastillere and that's when I realized I could not post anymore.  Something changed in Jon's loader software program and those who use Ipads can not post pictures.

ANyway, Martin my 2 Pastillere fig trees came from Raintree.  I got them 2 years ago and today they are 6' tall.  The fig at 5 o'clock is Pastillere.  It was better than excellent.  The one at 6 o'clock is Brogoitto Nero.  To me BN was better than Pasterillere both tasted different.  At 10 o'clock is Improved Brown Turkey  At 7 o'clock is Piedmont GM.  At 1 o'clock is Improved Celete.

All of these were good but Piedmont, BN and Pastillere were super fanasticly amazing! BN has a very unique flavor and taste.  Glad I got 2 of these trees!  Those of you who want Pastillere, call Raintree and order yourself one.  Mine fruited last year but I only got 1 fig.  THis year, my trees are loaded and I water them daily with 1/2g of water.  Now, my other tree stopped dropping figs.   It looks like those that dropped were tiny little things but both trees are loaded now.  It's a fight to keep the birds away.  I have not placed any scare tape near those trees yet but I will this evening.  I'm glad to see both trees are producings and are super hardy.  Both have never been winterized.  I think I'm going to upsize these 2 trees to whiskey barrel and move them close to the house.

I got more pictures to post.  Too bad I cant post them.  Oh well!  I'll enjoy these pictures.

Excuse me a second Jon .

Dennis look forward to when you can post pictures of Raintree's Pastiliere as i have talked to them on where they obtained there stock.
Was tempted but i wait to see what this plant does for others as i cannot have another Pastiliere with great tasting fig that drops year after year only to get several to enjoy and then have to burn it like what was done with UcDavis cultivar.

Dennis are you saying about your Pastilere the figs do not drop at all or ?
Look forward to some pictures of your Raintree Pastiliere ripe figs when the time comes for you.

Yes Martin, that is true. I had one that dropped 2 baby figs but the thats it. Both tree are producing figs.

Thanks Dennis i will keep an eye on your posts about that particular Pastiliere .

The picture shows up on my ipad, but it is stretched horizontally. I have this issue with about 20% of the photos. I have not been able to post photos from the iPad. I thought this was due to the file size.

Answer from Website Toolbox:

We regret the inconvenience. Please note that iPhone or iPads do not support rich editing tool bar used on the text editor provided on forum. This is the reason why user may not notice any of the editing options on iPads and hence are unable to post pix.

The users can still post images as an attachment to the posts. The users can also use EasyCode to post images and videos when using iPads. Please refer to support article at the URL below:
