A little trick I'll want to share with you guys if you are ever making anything out of copper and you want to put a green patina on it just get yourself some "I know you already have it" miraclegrow make sure the copper is really clean mix some miraclegrow with water if you are using a pint of water mix as much miraclegrow as as that amount of water that it will take spray it on with a spray bottle and put it out in the sun I did 3 sprays in about 45 minutes and it gave the copper a very nice green patina , they say regular miraclegrow will turn it green and miracid will turn it blue
