My Nordland breba was 192g and as large as an average zucchini. The tree is still small and is in a pot. Except for a couple of runts, all the figs were over 120g. The runts were around 110g. Post pictures of your giant figs. Any 200g out there?

BTW flavor is very jammy. Almost like a fig halva. This fig is becoming my favorite.
WOW !! Very nice !
. Not the same fig but another one we ate this morning. And a photo of the leaf.
Look at that pulp on that breba. Really like this picture taking skills. Thanks the share. Do you have to protect your figs from birds. ??
Birds have damaged more than a third of my figs this year. :( :( I use netting but it doesnt seem to keep off all the birds. I found one crawling under the nets to get into the figs!
Really. Well the only hope is large bushy fig trees planted close together. I started planting more trees in between the trees I already have. Fig row hedges
I just got a Nordland air layer in the mail. Now I'm extremely excited lol
Nic. I think you will be quite happy! I have 3 Nordland trees. Only one of them produces these giant figs. The other one produces really small ones (like 120 g each LOL)We had a fig party at my place today with several neighbors invited. We sampled Desert King and Nordland figs. Most of them hadn't even eaten a fig before! It was great to see their reactions when they ate the fig. Trepidation followed by Yum followed by Wow! I sent them all home with several figs each. Maybe some of them will plant a fig tree. Can never have too many fig trees!
Another large fig from the same tree. 171g in weight!
