So the story about this fig.
A friend visiting a Greek island, who enjoys eating figs sent me the photo. said that he noticed this fig tree planted in someone's garden. He picked it and sent me a photo. No he did not take any cuttings. He told me the name of the island, but doesn't recall exact location. Last week a Greek Orthodox priest who enjoys figs and other fruit trees visited me for some plants. I asked him if he is familiar with Lesvos island. He said that in his church there's about 300 people from that island and many of them have figs growing from their island.
What are the chances that this fig is already growing in my town?
