The VDB's were excellent, very sweet and rich. I put it in ground this year(3yrs old) and it took off. The figs were also double in size from last year and triple in productivity.
The LSU Purple was mediorcre, watery and favorless. This was the first time I had a ripe fruit so hopefully they will get better.
The Marseilles VS was pretty good. It had a fruity aftertaste. The big winner this year is VDB.

My Fig is soft but it is not drooping on the branch, still kind of staying straight stemmed. Does the drooping of the fig occur later? Or should it be drooping when the fig becomes soft? It is a bit smaller then the MSVS in the picture.
