Nice harvest, Brian. When you've eaten all you can, take a deep breath and eat one more for me.
How old are your trees?

They both have that figgy celestial taste but taste different, the Champagne has a more concentrated richer taste and the Gold very good also ,but smoother tasting ........

Looking good Brian. How are your Tigers holding up with the rain we've had in the last couple of days. Mine are starting to split and sour. I picked some not quite ripe yesterday evening to can as preserves. To can them they don't need to be fully ripe, in fact they are better at least a day or two before being fully ripe. That way they have the flavor but don't fall apart when canned. "gene"

Brian here it been very dry also and then all of a sudden it ended. We had 3 1/4" Thursday and 1" on Friday. It also came very close yesterday and today but we lucked out. I need at least a week of dry weather now. "gene"
