Well joAnn. What we have there ? Black mission. If you want to try something new
Make grilled cheese. With bacon pepperjack cheese & crushed figs. Put all ingredients in and butter outside of each side. Fry in pan on both sides.
Its a figgy piggy. It is so good.

Gorgeous!  Fresh figs are really good for flatbread pizza too, with goat cheese and arugula, then drizzled with balsamic reduction--might be an option for your not too sweet ones.
