I just returned home after 2 weeks out of the country. I inspected my garden today and the figs had all taken a major leap forward! I was amazed at the growth. I was greatly encouraged by all the baby fig bumps developing and I did a bunch of pinching as many branches were move than 6 leaves long.
In fact, almost everything in the yard looked really good. The only fruit that doesn't look so good is my strawberries. I don't think they are getting enough air-drying so they are too wet and even moldy.
