Anybody else motivated enough my Ken's video to do something to improve their health?  Maybe we can start a Figaholics 4 Fitness subgroup? ;)

I'm making decent progress, my weight is down about 5% and my body fat percentage is down about 2 percentage points (want that to get down 12 points more, maybe).

Don't want to go to the gym?  My gym is in my shop but this is also an option that may be fun for some! :)

Sounds great to me.... I haven't been on a scale except at the Dr... I have been doing weights and cardio... I am adding a 1/2 each week till I am up to training distance for my 1/2 marathon...there is a lot you can do at home with very little equipment. I have been doing stability work... standing on a cushy thing and doing simple leg kicks... amazing how much it work your body.
