One of the 3 Madeira sticks is starting to get tiny roots, one stick in pot just got real soft and its in garbage, the other that i had in peat pot was doing nothing and peat pot dried suddenly ( my fault) so i took that stick and put in sphagnum moss with the other madeira.
Total 2 Madeira sticks in SM one with small roots. SM always stays nice and wet also i did not clean the sticks in any way as i never have in past but thats just me.

hello  i just joined  decided i might try to learn about growing figs  on a wim . i grow other fruit .  on my acreage . i understand that i would probably have to winter them indoors  .. as i'm at the extream for the very most hardy cultivators here in zone 5 nebraska south east corner . i also understand it is getting late to start cuttings .. does anyone have a few cuttings to share to get me started . i would be glad to  pay postage or share a few perenials thanks fill free to email me .
