For the rest of us outside Central California Hot climate!
The results of my Fig growing trial are:
I grew many cultivars and most of them can't ripe only one crop here(New Jersey),a Breba crop,(like Desert King),or a main crop,like Malta Black.
Finally this year 2 of the older cultivars I grow without Winter protection(10F last Winter),decided to show me they can ripe 2 crop:
They are:
Atreano:68 breba fruit,at present time(and it keeps breba,that I know)
Tacoma Violet:60 Breba ,at present time(Keeps breba,I know it).
These 2 are early ripening cultivars that ripe breba and ,without any time interval ,ripe the main crop,in a continue succession.
OF course pinching needs to be applied in this instance to ripe main crop,but I am sure is possible because the cultivars are early ripening.
