Good day, Here is another fig.  It's UCR 187-25.  Most forum friends have this fig.  I have it growing very well in my orchard.   It's  a very pretty fig, inside and out!  And the taste is amazing!  I'm glad I have this one!  Enjoy!

That is a nice looking fig--I hope mine grows up to look (and taste) just as nice.

I have been matching these reviews up with Bass and JonV's comments.  I'd love a picture of the DFIC0169, since apparently that one did better this year than last year.  I'd also be interested if any of the figs did anything new under the sun.  We're already swimming in varieties.

My tree is around 4 or 5 years old. Two years ago, I cut it way down. I got mine growing in a very tight spot and my Atreano is trying to fringe over on it. But it's a good fig. It pretty much taste like GM#9. GM#9 is a Paradiso type which is a medium size fig, green exterior dark ruby red center, very sweet. UCR187-15 is smaller but excellent flavor and taste. I'll post pictures next year, but not here. It's just too much work for me.

found one hiding among others today while watering. i'm not sure if i tasted this one this yr or not. there was light fig that was rather good this fall, but didn't checked the label.
