Unknown but known cultivar

Well, sorry to do this to you guys but...I'm new. Attached are two pics of a fig which was purchased at a nursery going out of business just north of Philadelphia, PA. They just about gave it to me because they lost the type tag. Plus they were going out of business. Can anybody identify it. I only want to know so I don't buy another of the same type. Thanks in advance for the help. IMG_0366.JPG

You almost need a fig to go along with the leaves to do a proper ID, and even then it is hard.

If I had to take a wild guess, I'd say it was a Hardy Chicago. Of course, with my luck, it would probably end up with green fruit. It's tough to identify with just the leaf shape.

I want to get a Florea and Improved Celeste next. I'm just hoping its not one of those. Of course, there are worse mistakes I've made.

Florea and Improved Celeste are not gonna be found at a local nursery.

Ah, good to know. Thank you for that.

I would guess Hardy Chicago also.

what nursery was it?  I live in the area myself

It was last year. Glenside. Springfield Greenery I think.

Looks like HC to me also. Great find.
