Unknown Dark cuttings for postage.

Thanks Frank.

Hi all.  Thanks for the wonderful response.  There are 6 packages left.

I would like to apologize to all of the international members.  Before doing this I read the threads from other members that have done the same and prepared everything beforehand.  The whole process has been pretty smooth and enjoyable so far.  Even with the pre-preparation, there are 'unknowns' and did not prepare for international shipping, customs forms, bubble mailers and such.  I promise that next time around I will do so.  I've saved your emails UK, Canada, Indonesia and you will be first on the list.  Thanks for understanding.

Few packages of Sweet Diana left.  Any other takers?

PM sent. not rooting too many this yr.

Would open eye figs be ok in Virginia?

Great response for the naming process.

Celeste is predominantly solid, but can be a bit "hollow" in the center some times.  See Celeste.

Hey Danny....Received my Cuttings today!! Thanks so much Again!! Will keep you informed of Progress!!
: )

Also received mine today, just ahead of the incoming cold front and snow! Thank you very much, these will be stored till after Christmas for the great rooting extravaganza I am planning :)

Glad everyone is receiving the cuttings.  Let me know how they do.

...looks a whole lot like Celeste to me.

Was thinking the same.  It does look like Celeste, except for the open eye.

Received cuttings of Unk Sweet Diana and will start rooting soon. Thank you Danny for the great packaging care and nice cuttings.
Richard

You're very welcome Richard.

Hey Danny,.....Just wanted to let you know, I have so far, 3 beautiful, and leafed out cuttings from your dark  "Sweet Diana". Seems to be a very vigorous fig. One of the cuttings, is as big as your thumb. Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your generosity.. Will keep you updated. Thanks : )

Thanks for the update, Frank.  You're gonna love 'em.  About the same time of the offer for the cuttings I started a few myself and they're ready for pots now.  Going to try this variety on my upstate property, zone 5b.  How are you rooting them?

Greetings all, especially Danny,

Wanted to add a quick pic of my success with the UNK sweet Diana rooted via RootRiot cubes. The Diana's have proven to be the most vigorous starting off. I'll have to most more pix once up-botted. Thanks again for offering to share your cuttings.

You're very welcome. Heard that from a few others too. That's my baby!

The HC that you gave me are my strongest growers. All in 1 gal's. Going to start giving as gifts. Thank you.

Hey Danny...Just wanted to show you the Cutting you sent me " Sweet Diana". It is a very strong grower!
This cutting is already getting big.

Rooted it in Feb. and put in this Gal. container  a few weeks ago. Just wanted to say, thanks to you again! :)

Danny any of your cuttings left?

How did the mother tree do this winter?

Frank,

Wow! She's beautiful! It is a very strong grower. Thank you for updating.

@patriota,

No cuttings right now. Will probably have lots more in fall.

Bob,

Mother tree did fantastic! She shook this past winter off like nothing and is putting on lots of figs right now. Very vigorous.

Did you protect the tree at all?
