Unknown Fig ID Help

Ok I recently took an airlayer from an Unknown fig tree my father has every leaf on the tree has the same shape whats unique about the leaf is that on every leaf the right side of the leaf is a tad longer. Sorry guys no ripe figs yet but fig on this picture is about the size of a quarter right now.
Oh I forgot to Mention the mother tree only produced 2 brebas they were perfectly round with no neck and yellow in colour. Will try to post pics of figs if they ripen in time.

Any Ideas???

What color does the main crop turn when ripe.. Also what is the current color of the eye is it closed or open????

Northeastnewbie, My father got his tree this year so currently I have no idea what colour the main crop is. I am hopping the mother tree produces atleast a quarter of the figs since it has quite a few on it now.

Here is a pic of the eye

Here is the mother plant

I am leaning toward ALMA but not 100% at this time......

Hi Northeastnewbie.

What tree did you see this morning that has 3 fingers and heart shaped leaves?

Did it start with a K  we looked at one just like the picture

No where near Alma

After looking through some trees i have the leaves also look similar to
 Texas Everbearing and F Preta.

My word!  The figs look like Brussels sprouts, they're so numerous on the branches.  The mother tree is beautiful.

Hey Noss it is loaded with figs the previous owner had this tree inground and dug it up in May when my father bought it. But the guy was a jackass and didnt even tell my father what colour the figs were, I do have a few pics of the Breba on my parents computer will post pics later on tonight.

Here is the picture of the Breba, there is one breba left on the tree but it has no neck.

Very nice tasting Breba if the Main crop is as tasty or better I will be extremely happy.

I hope your baby will grow to produce like the one your dad bought from that man.  That tree is an amazing producer.  And tough as well, if it was dug up in April and still put on all those figs.

Please do be sure to let us know how the main crop tastes.  If the brebas have open eyes, does that mean the main crop will, aslo?

Thanks,

noss

Hey Noss my fathers tree was dug up around may 9th or 10th I know it was a saturday. Tree had 5 small breba at that time and only a hand full of leaves was just starting to break bud as the previous owner buried it for winter it is now in a 25G container and seems to be prolific, I too hope my little plant behaves like the parent. I had 6 figs on my little plant I removed 4 of them to see if atleast 2 will ripen.
