Unknown Italian Fig

I have access to this older Italian Fig tree that is currently in a greenhouse for over 30 years.  I was hoping someone can ID it, the figs are huge on it.

If the leaves remain three lobes in August,when mature,and the fruits turn Black at the end of August when Ripe,then it is Sicilian Black.
If the leaves grows and develops farther into 5 lobes,in August,and fruits remain red when ripe then it is Sicilian Red
