UNKNOWN PACIFIC FIRST RIPE FIG

The tree is only one foot tall spent alot of energy ripening this fig and three other non ripe figs very beautiful fig. It was ripened in greenhouse. I have big hopes,for this one.

Its a beautiful fig. Whats the flavor like? Can u post pictures of the tree?

Yes i will post pics of tree. Flavor is melon cantaloupe flavor. Tree is only one foot tall so flavor will increase mother tree is in California

Could this be California Brown Turkey?

Looks like a great fig!

Very closely resembles cbt. Only my opinion though as they are everywhere here. The right leaf shape,yellowish on top and cavity in middle. The eye is typically open on the cbt though.

The pic with the leaf doesn't look like it but the 2nd one in the,ad resembles it more. I didn't know you lived in California so your probably right. How big do they get. This was big for such a small tree.

They get really big. The first pic was only for the leaf but the second is the average look of the fig. Typically a large open eye when really ripe. Pretty tasty especially when caprified.

The leaf looks like one on my Palermo red
