Unknown Pastilliere

It is a Smyrna but if you live in the wasp land, this fig is a must.
Very vigorous and productive, tastes like a cherry with strawberry.

Unk Pastilliere, Red Lebanese (Bekaa) and BI-39 have been my superstars this year...  very early, productive, and incredibly delicious!

Igor,
Thank you for sharing photos of your beautiful figs.
Are your figs being caprified by the wasp in your area?

Leon,

Yes, all the figs are caprified. It is a natural process , I do not do anything to encourage this

The UP does need the wasp, the French Pastilliere is a Common fig

Yes it does need the wasp.

Thanks. Shame it makes Big beautiful leaves. Was hoping overtime it would produce
. They stay hard than they eventually get full of air and fall off
