So far, my sweetest fig this year is my Unknown Black fig from Spain. I picked these moments ago. The Unknown Black from Spain has an unique flavor and taste. It's very very sweet. It has a bell shape. I picked 2 and each were perfectly ripe. The exterior is more red than black. Owensboro is also very good. But the unknown Spain is hard to beat. I give it a 12 on a 1-10 scale.
