very good info here, thank you all!! Slingha, is there a specific reason why you used peat moss and not sphagnum peat moss??
I had peat moss laying around and it is way cheaper than Sphagnum.
Thanks for the update. Seems once you get your hands on a variety you want, air-layering may be the way to go for reliably producing more. But getting that first healthy one can be the challenge.
