Update and thanks!

Hello,

Last month I asked for help with my mold growing cuttings, and thanks to some of you they all have survived!  Out of 6 cuttings with mold, only one is still growing it.  It is one I left the tips on.  Now they are all in plastic cups in bin and growing roots!

My next question is how do I know when to transition them out of the bin and into a lighted window?

And special thanks to GRamaley who was nice enough to send me a bunch of Celeste cuttings from her tree. I will be starting them next month, I wanted to see how well this went first.

Soon they have leaves, they need sunlight or fake light to grow. Since we don't have much light here, I put my bin by the window, and when in cups, still in there by the window, I turn them often, so they get light from all sides.  if your sunlight is too strong, it may wilt...so, I would introduce light slowly.  Looks very good. Best luck!

what grasa said. once they have leaves, they should get some light. when you seen ton of roots near the edge of the cup, move them to 1 gal.. carefully so you don't destroy too many roots.

Thanks!  I have a window that faces southeast, it gets a few hours of sun a day, I will put the whole bin in that window.

Phil
