Hi,

Last month I bought a bunch of cuttings from ebay and some ended up being from scammers. One seller in particular (sgtwardog95) was very mean and angry when I asked him to confirm the source of the cuttings, since another forum member had revealed that this seller had stolen the picture from elsewhere. I ended up filing a dispute with ebay, which I won, and was asked to ship the cuttings back to the seller.

Today the package I sent was returned to me because the address he gave me to send them back doesn't exist! So in case there was any uncertainty, sgtwardog95 was absolutely scamming.

It seems that guaranteed proof of scamming is a seller that gets angry if you ask them about this forum.

Nate, sorry to hear about your dealings with an Ebay scammer :( But thank you for bringing it to our attention!

  Keep reporting these people to Ebay, it will add up, even if it is past the return policy. Paypal insures , I believe for 180 days. I just got a refund this way from 77peony, AKA Korina, Moscow PA. Just over a week ago I contacted Ebay with many associated Ebay accounts, home addresses and Paypal accounts. 77peony is on her ninth ebay name tied to the same address and paypal account. The Ebay rep mentioned other reports on some of these people and told me they would have an investigation into these people.

 It would be a help for anyone who now, or in the past, has had a problem with these people, contact ebay and paypal and register a complaint regardless of time. Then please post back here. I will note anyone when I go back to Ebay (phone). I will it give another week for info here, then get Ebays response.

  This will help in the fact Ebay has enough information and past complaints to be aware of the ongoing fraud. The information I have provided alone is enough to know, prove and remove these people.

 I will get an Ebay response. If theses people are not removed, and banned, I will notify them the information that has been provided to them will be passed along to the Ct States Attorneys Office and Consumer Protection.

I recived my package back from the same person with the same wrong address . Called eBay ,told them it's the address I print with return label he send .they looked up and confirmed his profile address with the one he provided . Refund my money right at the spot. Call them and keep your case number handy
