Variant Rooting Champion 2012

OK, I was given 3 cuttings of an unknown Red from Lebanon. She called it Red Lebanese. She had no idea whether caprification is required as she had no figs yet. Rooted the 3 cuttings and 10 days later, walla all 3 had roots and were ready to go into cup. Potted them up and the biggest is about 12" tall with 2 branches. So what is your best rooter for 2012 ?

There are so many immigrants from the middle east & Italy here. I am sure there are many gems here to be discovered. Lots of fig trees in Vancouver, BC

Raspberry Latte and Blueberry Hill are my champion rooters!

First yr doing full spring rooting. Calvert is rooting very fast for me. Followed by Ischia White, and Col de Dame Blanc. Black Madeira also rooted much easier than I expected. Ischia Green was the latest one. All of them into cup in less than 2 weeks. As to if they will come out of the cup and turned into tree remains to be seen.

For me it would have to be Bataglia Vert. Every one of these I attempted to root did so and have survived outside now for over a month. A close second would be Gino's Black. I was only able to kill one of those.
