Variants Easy To Root

I feel like only one person in Canada has CDDN, Ronde de Bordeaux and Noire de Caromb.

Cant be easy to root is my theory.  Id like to try though!

Bump...........

Anyone had some easy to root variants this season ? or toughee's ?

Green Ischia from Ruben check out my thread  Verte/Ischia green...UPDATE you will see pics progress etc

My easiest to root this spring were 2 Petite Aubique cuttings which started roots after 10 days.

no issue with rooting this season. Calvert and Ischia White were fastest. Kathleen's Black and VdB were also relatively fast.

Ischia Green wasn't so bad, but not as fast as others.

Col de Dame Blanche was good rooter also. However, it's also growing the top slowly. leaves are coming out fine, but the branch is short and not extending.

Black Madeira rooted fast also, however, it's just not moving fast enough. it will put out roots.. then sit for awhile just taking it's time before new roots will come out. same with top. it will put out leaves, but it won't grow as fast as others.

Ronde dB.. now.. this thing grows like a weed, both hard and green cutting. putting out roots in less then 1.5 weeks.

Hardest for me

Enrico
Barbillone
Nexo

Then I had some fridge problems do lose a bunch of cutting.

I could not manage to root Pastiliere or Black Madiera this year.
