Varieties for a 3 in1 tree

Which 3 varieties would you choose to make a grafted 3 in 1 tree.  I'd like 1 early, 1 mid, 1 late, with different flavors.  Rainy zone 10 conditions.  I'll probably use Celeste or LSU Purple for the roots.  Thanks.

Ronde de Bordeaux or Marseillies VSB for early (Desert King for even earlier), A Col de Dame or Black Madeira for late.  If you want a light fig in there you could go with Battaglia Green or JH Adriatic.  There are lots of other good choices.  Hardy Chicago, Florea , Flanders, Maryland Berry and on & on. You could leave them on their own roots and pleach them, too.

I would start in Baton Rouge at the Ag Center and make my selections.  That was the whole deal with Dr. O'Rourke, produce figs for you and your neighbors.  LSU Hollier, LSU Gold, LSU O'Rourke would be my first tree.  My second tree would be English Brown Turkey, Ischia Green, Kadota.

If mine it would be Black Madeira/Hardy Chicago
and a white fig but only to mix the colors and certainly not for taste.

It ain't happening.  ; )

Martin, you're funny!
