No, this collection coming from Syria and around is not really known.

I have some info on some of these varieties from a research done by a Syrian agriculture student. It's in English.
Based on the names here's what I can tell you
Khadrawe is a Green fig
Shenshare is from a town called shenshar it's reddish fig that has a flat shape.
Shamé is a large white fig from Damascus
Asfar (not astar) is a yellow fig from the coast area.
Aswad is a black fig

The others I have to look them up. But there are some mis spelling. There are two collections in syria one near Aleppo and one near daraa. I was in close contact with a person who was in charge in one of them. But after the war not sure if he's still alive and if the collection is being taken care of.
