This is nice video. Thanks for posting it here. In the next year I am planing to plant a fig in ground and do the covering for winter.
great video however you're inviting mice when you're covering it with straw. I like the second video better, but I would also recommend adding moth balls to keep mice away. I'm not taking any chances again.
