I made this video tonight. Here is one of several ways to clean a cutting.
Do you ever get mold on cuttings?
Yes, but that is the result of the rooting media used. I tried recycling sphagnum peat moss and mold appeared right away. Cleaning the cutting will reduce the chances of mold, but will not prevent it.
