Lol, I make sure mother nature gets its piece of the pie. Otherwise it's a lost battle. Took me a while to figure that one out.

Thank you, I literally used this fig as jelly on my toast. Quite frankly you can't go wrong with a ripe Vista. Very sweet with just the right amount of juiciness.

It has been my "fig to beat" ever since I started collecting and had only 3 fig trees. Doesn't get beat very often on flavor, and wen it does it is usually a variety that is a slow grower, needs a lot of heat, or some other issue that reduces production.
