<not about figs -- rather about posting links in threads>
Hi all... a brief warning that it might be wise to avoid parentheses in the Topic subject (thread title). I discovered this morning that providing a link to threads with parentheses gets messed up. (At least using Google Chrome and creating the link in the ways I've done it on this forum, the link address gets truncated at the left paren). I know that there's a way to deal with this in HTML, but unless you can directly edit the HTML source, the site doesn't seem to give you an easy way to link to threads that have parens in them. (There may be an easy way, but I didn't find it... I've got ideas, but it was much easier to just go edit the target thread title to remove the parens :-)
