I have a Celeste from UCD this is the first year putting out fruits, but there is something strange on the fruits and I'm not quite sure what it is or why it's happening, perhaps heat stress or could it be rust on the fruits or FMV?

FMV display on the figs themselves - necrotic spots .Here is sample from turkey, as a note i also see this in some of my cultivars namely Pastiliere a UcDavis specimen and those fruits always drop off on my plant.Sometimes they start off as white spots then turn dark like in pictures.I have pictures of this i can also post if you like from my yard.Link to Turkey study with pictures in pdf file Take a bit to load, its picture "D"http://journals.tubitak.gov.tr/agriculture/issues/tar-09-33-5/tar-33-5-6-0807-20.pdf
It's just teenage acne! Wait until the flower bursts out of the eye! That will freak you out for sure!Suzi
That's what I had been worried about, do they still mature to a decent fruit or will they just end up aborting or rotting off anyways? I am guessing it will just keeping doing it every year the same?
It is quite normal. When mature, they are still there. Characteristic of a good Celeste variant in my experience.
Thank you guys for your responses, I had ripped some off before I posted but if they will make it then hopefully I get quite a few.
