Is there a temperature where the fig tree stops ripening the figs?
Obviuosly when it drops it's leaves but when the night or daytime temps hit a certain point will it quit putting energy into fruit ripening?
Bananas do this although I can't quote the temp right now. With Bananas you can let them hang and then pick them to ripen in the house. TOO bad you can't do that with figs.
