GW/FF was my very, very  first (way, way back ago ..) where I did multiple fig postings & where  I met many of my good old fig-friends.

It has been a while since I posted on any fig forum, but trying to access GW/FF throws me somewhere to a weird 'Houzz' website that rejects me from logging in ...

George, about 2 years ago Houzz purchased the rights to the gardenweb forums and it is now run within the Houzz website.  I pretty much stopped going there after that and can't recall if I successfully logged in once that change was made.  Not only have fig forums started up that are independent of that original forum, there is also a growingfruit.org website started by Scott Smith that brought the fruit growing community from the gardenweb fruit and orchards forum over to an independent forum.

That forum still has a little activity, not much. There are currently 11 threads that are active within the past week. Herman and Dieseler still post there some. I haven't been there until now in several yrs.
