 Maltese Falcon(GM#5), Getting a bit concern that my Maltese Falcon has not shown a green tip yet.

Reportedly St Rita and Nero600M are very good too.

Paully22, I took a look at the pictures of the St. Rita on the FF database boy does it look tastey!  I wonder how it would compare to RDB? Maybe someone who has both can describe the difference.

Pete, did you do a search for Nero600M in this forum ? Herman says "yummie".

I remember a friend mentioned St Rita is just as good as VdB/Negronne but more productive. Same with Petite Aubique. Other black figs that are of high quality are Gypsy(Zingarella), Black Madeira, Preto and Black Ischia. I also like Beall.

Paully22, Yes I did a search for Nero600M and in addition to tasting good Herman says it is one of the best in rain resistance.
 I have also heard that Black Triana from Joe Morle is a very good dark fig.
