2 years i was looking for this Jolly Tiger fig.When i finally got one cutting this year in may, i was very happy.So...now,in the last 2 weeks i have built a...220 gallon pot,on wheels,from treated wood,(my wife keep telling  everybody,that i have to see a doctor...:)),with 8o gal of aged cow manure and the rest of 140 gal soil directly from the woods behind my property.The little guy seems to be very pleased with my work,it's over 3 ft now,start putting figs on it...will see.Thanks for looking.

Great idea and have had the thought of using tote boxes. They are roughly that big and come with their own cage so that they don't burst.
Just cut out the tops and drill hole at the bottom. And make sure the tote weren't filled with HazMat. You can find some with food grade use.

But the draw back is unless you have a tall barn type door and a large storage or garage there going to be some problem.
Maybe when I move to a bigger house later in the future I will make sure I have a large enough yard to where I can put a decent sized barn in the back.

Hope you have your storage issues in order because this is one heck of a job you did there, very beautiful.
Please save the plans if you had any and keep us posted please.

Looks very easy with the wheels and I love it!
Problem is the box alone would take 2/3 of the garage door entrance.

Hope Marius has a tall entrance, Or some type of cover to leave it outside.

Yeah i see what you mean , i would need a ladder to prune limbs and pick figs cause i was back of the line when height was handed out.

It's very setup  nice but root pruning years down the road might be a hassle as this type plant does grow fast once they take hold and that one has taken hold.

My vision is/was to line them up side to side few feet apart and build a boardwalk type to access the trees. LOL
But need a Bobcat with forks to move them in and out.

Marius just confirmed it can be done, but need time, space and money.

Cool looking, but that's a lot of work.

Maybe y'all should just move to a Mediterranean climate. ;)

Hope the wood wasn't treated with anything toxic.  Next you need a tractor and front and rear connectors so you can make a train of them.  Great work!
