Do you think the wind and rain would cause that?

Chad if i had to guess and thats all it is a guess, seems your plant is getting to much water for the roots to handle and staying damp too long in container.
Leaves with there stems can droop with too much water or too little water then feel the effects of the sun on them as there in weakened state.

Thanks , that makes sense we have had and extremely wet spring. Is there anything I can do for them? I really don't want to haul them inside when it rains. Should I try to put something on the pot to keep some of the rain out?

My thinking is if possible keep them out of the rain so mix can start to dry some if thats possible for you.
If you cover them at this point its quite possible it may prolong the dampness under it.
