Dave, can you believe how much warmer it is there vs here in the sunny south? We are 42 now going for 72 today. Break out the figs. LOL

We're having a heat wave, it's like 65 out here in Philly in December !! And I just got my trees into the garage, coulda let them out for another week or so!

Overcast, damp, dreary and wet, to soggy, but a relatively warm 53. Day time temps still in the mid 50's to low 60's here in central Maryland. Right now 53,
With 100% humidity. I'm still waiting to fully cover my Hardy Chicago, this will be it's second winter -- still too warm!

72 in Sunny south of Atlanta and humid too. Hopefully we will finally get some rain tomorrow. We are approaching 16 inches below normal rainfall for the year.

Dark outside, about 55*, it is foggy and rained pretty hard for a while today.

zone 6 illinios not sure of the exact temp but i would guess around 45 or 50. news man saying a dip to 24 is possible tonight, and over the next few days. good thing i grow cold hardy figs.

13 degrees F last nite, it was supposed to drop to 6 but I don't think it happened.

It was 75 degrees here today. All the pots are still on the patio. Not sure when they will actually be put away. A couple still have leaves. We have had a night or two with frost, but it has been mostly subtropical like last winter.

That's what I heard. Sorry. We used to live in the Champaign-Urbana area. Can't say we miss it. It's a whole lot easier to grow things here. Bundle up!

Yup, pretty nice here, chilly this morning, around 50, but sunny and lovely today, about 67-68 degrees F right now.  I live "around the corner" from Forrest (hi Forrest!).  And, I have two trees that are full of figs right now, Peter's Honey and VdB.  What the heck.





Not complaining, though!

Here in Albuquerque, NM, it was 19 degrees at 7:30am and is now 38 degrees at 4:15pm. First cold weather we have had for quite a while...heck it was 60 at my house on Saturday.

80F was the high yesterday
35F low last night (w/ wind gusts to 35mph)
51F high today (w/ strong winds)
42F right now
23F low tonight

We will be in the 70's again by the weekend.
