It looks like scars or breakage of skin..

I don't take brebas seriously especially on young trees in pots. Many will spoil or drop.

I have some,figs,with dry spots too. But mine are s ared from neem oil burn. Mixed it way too strong but tge fruit still grew and continue to get bigger. Yours looked scaley. Not sure what the issue is

This looks like weather damage... Let it grow, nothing one can really do .

Sonnya:That is a main crop fig,not a Breba!.
A breba will only grow coming out of wood in a place ,where there is not a leaf,only old wood from last year.
That fruit will ripe any way,so let it grow.!

This usually happens to the fruit if something rubs on it a litle harsh. 
The dark scale that you see on it is the scar; but, no harm to the fruit or the taste.
