When do you move cuttings to cups?

So I've been rooting some cuttings in plastic bags with damp paper towels around them.  However, I don't know when to take the next step and move them to the vermiculite/perlite cups.  Here's a picture of one of the cuttings.  Is that enough roots to move it to a cup?  How many roots do you need?  How long should they be?

Here is an earlier Topic that may answer your Question. I usually put in cups as soon as callused and first sign of roots.
Good Luck.

depends on who you talk to. i like to move the cuttings into a cup as soon as i see roots. if they are at least 1/4" long, they are going into the cup. i don't even wait for too many of them. if there is one root that looks good.. they are in the cup. if the roots are not there and the cutting has been in the baggie for 4 weeks or longer, they go into the cup.

some likes their roots little longer as in 2" or so. some say they lke it as long as possible.

'thearabicstudent'....those roots are more than enough to go into the cup...I have successfuly planted cuttings with less roots than that...but then again, it's comes down to personal preference...you will find your own way along this learning curve, and develop the method that works best for you...good luck.
