I was wondering when is the best time of the year to request Fig cuttings from USDA Davis? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! : )

any time of the yr, but after sometime in nov., it will not ship till 2 yrs later.. or is that a yr. if you order it after nov. 2014, they won't ship it till sometime in 2016. if you order it before nov. 2014, you should get it by march/april 2015. 

Ordered mine in June 2013...received it March 2014...I don't know if early ordering guarantees you an earlier delivery, but maybe it gives you a chance to have a shot at some of the more hard to get varieties.

I ordered my fig cuttings on Dec 31st 2013... but when I called Mari she found my other older order of Mulberries and few other figs... from Feb 2013.
I don't know if she combined my new order to the old one or the Dec31st was OK date to still receive my package...
But.... today, I just received my eMail from UOS...:)  I'm so excited and anxious to see what they are sending in that package.
