When to transplant rooted Fig

I got 2 fig trees growing from some end tips of some cuttings and they where just laid down flat in my flower bed this past fall and this spring 2 sprouted and are about 4" tall and doing fine it appears. When can I move them to their desired outside location I am in west Tn and Temps are 80's day and 60"s at night but humidity now is high and muggy most days. We've had a lot of rain and everything else is growing by leaps and bounds . I also have 3 trees I bought and planted them earlier this spring they are all living but haven't seen much growth to them. Got 30 or 40 cuttings under ground in flower bed I planted 3 weeks ago and nothing yet on them, going to leave them there until next spring to see what happens with them. Not had much luck with cuttings so far but I have access to a lot of local trees here in my county. Most of these trees never produce much fruit, owners don't know much about them or care for them. I do though. I'll keep trying till I get the trees I want.

Now would be a good time to move them. Avoid disturbing the roots as much as possible by digging up a good amount of soil along with the small plant.

Fig trees need lots of sun to bear lots of fruit.

What Jerry said and put the fertilizer to those not growing much.
