Do what a lot of us do: get a shoebox sized box, wrap the plant up soil and all, tape up the pot, including taping over the soil so nothing will fall out, box it up, and ship it. I normally stabilize mine by cutting bamboo to length of the box and shoving them into the pot so the pot can't jump around, but I've seen people tape the entire pot inside. Mail it USPS Priority, it shouldn't cost more than $12-$15.
The only FL nursery I would trust is Just Fruits and Exotics.
