Leon, here is what I learned from George when I received the cuttings and a bit on my own experience. Hopefully it is helpful in his absence. I'd like to hear what others know too.
The one I got as Hadoulis F. White has mostly three lobed leaves and has been a strong grower. It should fruit next summer. It was killed to the ground last winter in Queens, but had been completely hardy for years before that. He didn't remember where this one came from, other than it was from Greece. These are some of George's pictures of it:
The one I received as Hadoulis F. Kos, that he later renamed Hadoulis F. Gold on the forum has more finger like leaves. It was a good grower, but not as vigorous as HF White. This one came from Kos Island, Greece. Again some of Georges pics:
Some of these pictures are used in more than one post saying they are one fig or the other. I'm going on what I was told when we traded and not all the places they show up on the forum. It is a bit confusing, and I hope George can shed some more light on exactly which is which. On the other hand, hopefully we will work it out next season ;)
