Which grow lights work best?

I've been thinking about not letting my smaller trees to go dormant so that they'll get some good growth throughout the winter. My problem is that I don't have a nice sunny room for them and I don't know which grow lights work the best, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ebay has a lot of good choices. You want 6100k as natural daylight range. But I wouldn't be too fast to want them to grow.  Having them hibernate for a few months will be good for them to grow well next year.

Figs need at least 100 hrs of dormancy. I would let them at least have 3 months of down time. If you want them to grow that is fine but I would grow them until December than shut the lights and let than go dormant with at least 45 degree temps. Not all at once or you will shock them.  Wake them up early if you want in March and then put under growl ights before going outdoors in May to avoid late frosts.
